Trip 2 Day 1 - We made it back!

Finally we are back in Russia! We arrived a little early around 10:30AM Moscow time. We had a nice uneventful flight. I guess we got about 3-4 hours of sleep. The plane was more or less full so there was no room to stretch out. Dave was very happy because we had the individual screens in the headrest in front of us and we could choose what movie we wanted to watch. (Last time he was stuck watching an Elizabeth movie) We arrived safely and went through passport control and customs with no glitches or hold ups.
As we exited customs we saw our V! I was so happy to see her!! We loved working with her last time and are so excited that we get our "V & V team" again. We went out to the van to load up our TON of luggage. I am sure V made some comment about the amount of luggage we brought but the other V was kind enough not to translate that part. At least he smiled the whole time.
Today is a little chilly not really cold. V told us that it had rained and snowed a little this morning, but the sun was peaking out a little as we drove in to the city. First things first we exchanged a little money and went to our agency's office. Traffic was little heavy today and there was a lot of road construction, which surprised me on a Saturday.
At our agency's office we delivered paperwork and said hello to everyone. Saturday is not a normal day for S & I to be in the office but our American director is in town so they were working today. So it was good to see "C" again and the executive director as well. We received a few extra documents we need for court on Monday and talked about our long stay here in Moscow. It was so nice to see everyone again.
After that we went to our apartment to check in. BIG thanks to the CSS family that had this apartment last, "S & C", for the apartment tips. The apartment is just as you said it was and we do have the same crib that you had! Also - thanks for the sweet note! We unpacked a little and decided to head out. We went to McDonald's for a small quick lunch and then to the grocery store for the necessities.
We are back in the apartment now. Unpacking and just trying to stay awake! I have already "broken" the TV and Internet. Dave has his hands full - poor guy.
Tomorrow V & V will come around 10:45AM to pick us up to go see Zach. We are so excited about going to see our little man and see how much he has grown. Plus we have court on Monday at 10:30AM Moscow time. So please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers.
